The Shoalhaven G.R.C conducts greyhound racing on Monday afternoons between 4.15pm to 7.15pm for 26 TAB race meetings per year. The Club is covered by the TAB, Sky Channel and 2KY broadcasts for these meetings. Facilities at the track include totalizator betting, dining and barfacilities available. The Club now also races 26 Non-TAB meetings with Grant Hamilton and Bruce Hoole the on-course bookmakers.
The racing surface is of world-class standard consisting of an all-weather
loam track with starts from the 365m, 520m, 630m and 722metre distances. Electronic Timing & Sectionals display now available.
The 520 metre and 722 metre
distances are aimed at providing a suitable platform for greyhounds to progress
from the Nowra track to
Trialling is available at the track on Mondays after the last race, Wednesdays from 7.30am (ARM trials commence at 8.30am) Friday nights 7.00pm (arm trials afterwards) and Sunday from 8am to 9am (except 4th Sunday of month – Market Day) (ARM trials now available on Sundays from 9.00am). ALL ARM TRIALS ARE TO BE BOOKED THROUGH THE CLUB.
